COMPLIMENTARY Shipping & Handling on Continental U.S. orders:  Complimentary  Shipping within the Continental U.S. is provided with all artwork purchases unless specified otherwise. A tracking # will be provided to you once your order is processed. An adult signature is required to ensure your artwork arrives safely in your hands. Local delivery is not available. All orders will be shipped to your address via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard Processing & Delivery Timeline: Artwork is typically shipped Ground within 3-5 business days after payment processing. Some shipments may arrive in 1-3 business days depending upon destination, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery.
International Orders: International orders aren't automated at this time. Please email support@malkahb.com for purchasing inquiries.
Artwork Packaging: We do all that we can to ensure that your artwork is packaged with great care. Your artwork will arrive in premium packaging that meets museum-quality standards. 7-Day Return Policy for artwork that doesn't perfectly fit your space.I want you to be happy with the art you purchase and enjoy it for a lifetime. Artwork that isn’t a perfect fit for your intended setting can be returned within 7 days of purchase.  Please contact me directly first to start the return process before you ship any artwork back. Please note that the buyer must cover the costs of shipping, handling, and insurance (required). Also, the artwork must be in its original condition and shipped in its original packaging. We will work towards providing an alternative piece of artwork that might fit your needs better or you may receive a refund. A refund is only given if the artwork is returned undamaged in its original condition. A refund will be purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee.  Please note that damaged artwork return policy is different from this one. Please see the section below for information on returns for damaged artwork.
Return Policy for Damaged Artwork  If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse receipt and have the courier note the damage. Please contact us right away so that we can resolve the issue. If damage is only discovered once opened, contact us (with pictures) within 3 days of receipt at support@malkahb.com to discuss whether you would like an exchange, credit, or refund. Claims not reported within 3 days of receiving artwork will not be guaranteed a full credit, exchange, or refund - (will be handled on a case-by-case basis).  We will do our best to leave you completely satisfied. Any additional instructions for returns will be provided by email upon receipt of your claim.

COPYRIGHT OF WORK: Copyright of work, including all rights of reproduction in any form, are held by the artist, Malkah Bat-Tzion, and are non-transferable through sale. This includes all artwork: in-studio purchases, in-gallery purchases,  purchases in auction, charitable donations, and gifts.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES We do not offer replacement products for orders if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address. The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address for orders. Packages returned as a result of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded.
