Boundaries are Beautiful

For a long time, I repeatedly experienced many of these situations. Stressed emotions, disempowering patterns, and faulty beliefs held me hostage. It seemed impossible to break free.

I burned myself and my resources out from coddling and taking care of dysfunctional adults. I'm not saying this to blame anyone, it just is what it is. I didn't know any better due to false conditioning. I worked hard to help others when they were unwilling to help themselves. I got to a place where I gave up on helping myself, my self-responsibility plummeted as I people pleased and walked on eggshells.  I struggled with embodying my own true identity. I became who others wanted me to be. I turned my back on my true desires at others' commands and manipulations. I stepped into the shoes of "Should" and "Should Not" and walked down many paths that were Sooooooo not for me! I repetitively self-abandoned. Being conditioned to these erroneous ways left me with little direction, energy, or self-esteem. This negatively impacted every area of my life.

I allowed myself to wander into and set up camp in "Danger Zones"; to say the least, this set me back and robbed me of inner peace and material resources that were vital to thrive. It literally made me sick over time. My health deteriorated due to stress and trauma and because I ignored the cries of my body wisdom - pleading with me to "STOP the MADNESS!," "PROTECT YOURSELF & YOUR DREAMS!"

I remember waking up one morning wondering:  

WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO ME? 

WHERE DID I GO? 

WHERE IS MY DREAM LIFE? 

WHOSE LIFE AM I LIVING AND WHY????

I became determined to turn my life around. Deep inside, I knew that I was worthy of the beautiful life that I imagined early in life. I believed that it was not too late. I knew that I could and I would have a breakthrough of breakthroughs that would lead to the fulfillment of divine promise.

I became willing to open my heart to receive a new way. I yielded my entire being to do things differently. I knew that I had nothing more to lose and everything to gain. My identity, self-love, my worth, my health, my dreams...

I thought about my divine purpose and knew that when I was made whole, I could help others do the same. To allow all the trials and tribulation count for something good and meaningful not only for myself but for others who are going through. Those like you who desire change, are willing to do the work and are looking for divine guidance.  After all:

• It's not too late for you
• You are capable of breaking through to freedom and fulfillment

I knew that I had to help myself before I could help anyone else. So with intention to heal and walk in purpose, I fervently sought divine guidance. I learned to love myself and accept this truth: my boundaries were wrecked and were a vital key in opening the doors to healing streams of well-being.  So, I studied about boundaries, observed my patterns, behaviors and beliefs, as well as others. I examined closely  how energy works and so much more.  I experimented, practiced, and recorded my discoveries. I renewed my mind. I journeyed into the spiritual realms and repaired and rebuilt where necessary. I reinforced protective measures around my sacred space. I created a new world that  protects, nourishes, and energizes me from the inside out. The healing, wisdom, and practical processes that I gained continue to expand and help me honor myself beautifully as I carry on with life and my spiritual evolution.

As a result of doing this work on creating healthy boundaries, I've been able to move forward with inner peace and joy that I never had before in the midst of whatever. This is priceless. Moving forward, I know that my desires and inspired actions are sustainable and built on a foundation of self-love and authenticity.

My victories and wisdom are to be shared with women like you who are tired of people pleasing and constantly being drained  while watching your dream life continually evade you.

This body of work is an integral part of my devotion to walking in the divine purpose that makes my soul scream "YES!"

Today, I am my #1 priority. Everything that pertains to me is priority. No one can shame me about this. My self-care is abundant and I continue to rapidly uplevel it. I harness positive energy to self-nurture from the Divine inside on my terms. I know who I am and I take a stand for my values and personal security. I know that I have a right to be in this world, be safe, be protected, be healthy, have healthy and loving relationships, choose my own path, make my mark, live with joy, make mistakes, learn, grow, be happy and experience all the good stuff that this physical plane has to offer while keeping negative energies, and harmful people like narcissists and other predators, at bay. Tapping into and fulfilling my desires feels amazing at this level and I know that there's an infinite source of well-being that will continue to come my way.
